Fallout New Vegas Companions Glitch? (usuall solutions dont work) Xbox360?

I lost veronica and rex, i dont think i had them following me when the got lost. I have waited at least two weeks in game and havent gotten any notifacations. I also tried checking vault 22, the lucky 38, and thier original places. Is thier anything i can do?
