Any remedies, besides sinus headache medicine, for very severe 24/7 sinus headache?

I have had very severe sinus headached for about 7months. Only pain on my left side. Gets worse when I lie down, and affects my vision on my left eye. I take approximately 30 sinus headache pills a day. I take 2-4 pills every 2-4 hrs, even at night I have to wake up to take them. They are tearing up my stomach very bad. I think I've developed an ulcer from them b/c I vomitt all time, especially after I eat or drink soda. I been treated for sinus infections and migraines. I have yet to find anything that helps. I also use the "Nasa Flo" system which is a saline solution rinse. No Help. Can anyone please give me some suggestions for something, medicine or natural, to try.
