Car Trouble, 95 Chevy van transmission trouble? Flywheel replacement.?

Its a 1995 Chevy Astro Van, took down the drive train and transmission, replaced the flywheel, reconnected everything and it ran, just stops after about 15 miles, whats the problem? I dont know what could be wrong.
