Do I need supplements to get that perfect body?
slow down on the protein, consult a doctor, and add more meals (but not more cal.'s)with a little less at breakfast if you eat too much before school then get there and sit through cles then all your doing is promoting fat gain and eat a little snack (i.e. a nutri-grain or like bar) about 10-15mins before work-outs and do at least a small slower jog as part of a cool-down after any muscle group training to help flush your muscles of the acids that build up. Next, drink lots and lots of water(not just sports drinks but H2O) to help keep you hydrated. not to be gross but when you pee it should be a light yellow if its dark its a sign of dehydration and clear could mean over hydration which is even more deadly.
