How do I lose 4 kgs (8.8 lbs) by august, please help?

You should eat: Salads, vegetables, fruits, protein shakes, granola bars, and more delicious healthy things. as for drinking, you should only have water.. or instead you could have flavored water, gatorade, juice or milk. Go for a walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Go jogging, you could also go to the gym with your friends. or swimming with your family. If you have a treadmill, use it everyday. Be sure not to excerise for seriously long, or stuff could happen.. Also practice getting flexible, like doing splits, or putting your foot behind your head. OH, also chew gum alot. It keeps you from eating any cookies or junk food. Cause your like "I want this..but I don't wanna spit my gum out.". :)
