I really, REALLY, need ideas on putting weight on my horse (and an additional thing about bran)?

my horse is appy TB and he is hard to keep weight on so he is on beat pulp, rolled oats, mineral feed master feeds finishing touch and flax seed and he jumps and shows year around and does well
