What do you think is the best way to study for the SAT?

I took a practice SAT today from Collegeboard's prep book and god I did awful. It is not that I'm stupid I scored near a 200 on the psat, but I just didn't do too well and I did read the book. Are there other options that you think are the best way to study for the SAT?
