Will sucrlose/trichlorosucrose metabolise with yeast? Will adding brewer's yeast to a fruit juice with splenda in it produce ethanol and CO2? If so, what is the chemical reaction? How is it broken down to glucose? What happens to the chloride? THANK YOU!
