What's a good hair growth vitamin ?

my hair isn't falling out. actually i have a very thick head of hair. i just want it to grow longer. but i also don't want to be growing body hair too..ewww. so i was just wondering if anyone knew of any vitamins to make your hair grow longer....i need tha name of tha product , thankyou :]
